We want you to love your purchase, but if something's not quite right, we're here to help!
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of your order's delivery day for a full refund to your original payment method.
After 7 days, returns are eligible for store credit only (up to 14 days).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, scents, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- Return must be initiated within the return window.
Final sale items (when explicitly marked), gift cards, bodysuits, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit
Returns made after 7 days (up to 14 days) will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit:

You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
You may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to return your item. Please ensure the package is trackable and retain the tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right!
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is accepted, received, and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit is issued.
