Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

Economy & Standard Shipping (Free): All U.S. orders ship free with standard delivery. 

Express Shipping (Paid): If you'd like your order delivered faster, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. 

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your order seems delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number first. You can also reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist. 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
